Update Exchange 2010 SP2 on Hub Transport with Forefront Protection for Exchange 2010

ขั้นตอนการ update exchange 2010 SP2
ต้อง Unintegrate FE 2010 จาก Hub Transport ก่อนครับ

โดยการ stop service ดังต่อไปนี้ก่อนเริ่ม update

- MSExchange Transport
- FE Protection Controller

จากนั้น รันคำสั่งตาม Capture ครับ

จากนั้นเริ่มขั้นตอนการ update SP2 ได้เลยครับ
เสร็จจากการติดตั้ง Exchange 2010 SP2

ให้ทำการ Enable FE 2010 Integrate โดยใช้คำสั่ง
FSCUtility.exe /enable

สั่ง start service
MSExchange Transport

จบขั้นตอน update Exchange 2010 SP2 ครับ !!!

สำหรับผมที่ชอบที่สุดคงเป็น Hyper-V Server ที่สามารถรันบน platform client ได้แล้ว
(สงสัยโดนกดดันจากลูกค้าหนักมาก Microsoft เลยตัดสินใจใส่ option นี้มาใน windows 8)

มาดูหน้าตา Console, Version Hyper-V กันครับ




Hyper-V Setting:



ก่อนการใช้งาน Hyper-V บน Windows 8 ได้นั้น CPU เองจะต้อง support SLAT ด้วยครับ

Desktops that support SLAT

• Intel processors whose names start with 'i', e.g. i3, i5, i7, i9. (There may be exceptions, but I'm not aware of any.)
• Any Intel CPUs based on Nehalem, Westmere, or Sandybridge micro-architectures. (There may be exceptions, but I'm not aware of any.)

• Lenovo T410, T510, W510, T420s, T520, X201
• Samsung 900x

ต้องเหลือเฉพาะ group ที่เรากำหนดเท่านั้นเราถึงจะใช้วิธี Configure GPO Setting

อีกตัวอย่างคือถ้าเราไม่ต้องการบังคับว่าต้องเหลือเฉพาะ group,user นี้เท่านั้นที่เป็น member อยู่ใน local administrators แต่ต้องการ add group ที่เราต้องการเพิ่มเข้าไป โดยเงื่อนไขคือกลุ่มเดิมที่เคยมีอยู่แล้วต้องยังคงอยู่ด้วย
การ configure GPO Setting ก็จะได้ผลลัพธ์ตามรูปครับ

หวังว่าคงพอจะเห็นภาพและเข้าใจการทำงานของ Restricted Group Policy

Manual Install SCOM 2007 Agent

ก่อนที่จะเริ่มการติดตั้ง scom agent แบบ manual ได้ต้องเข้าไปปรับ option:Manual Agent Installs ให้เป็น review new manual agent installations in pending management view ก่อน ตามรูป

จากนั้นให้เริ่มทำตามขั้นตอนตามนี้ได้เลย

1.Copy file setup SCOM Agent ไปยังเครื่องที่เราจะลง Agent.

2.Run MOMAgent.msi ขึ้นมาใส่ข้อมูลให้ครบตามหน้า Wizard หรือจะ run เป็น Command ก็ประมาณนี้ครับ

3. ตรวจสอบการติดตั้งว่าสมบูรณ์หรือไม่ ถ้าติดตั้งด้วย command ให้เข้าไปดู log file ในส่วนของบรรทัดท้ายๆ ให้สังเกตุ wording ประมาณนี้

4. Reboot เครื่องหนึ่งครั้งเพื่อให้ Agent มีผล จากนั้น กลับไปที่เครื่อง ManagementServer เพื่อเข้าไป Approve agent install
